It was my pleasure to speak at the United Astrology Congress in New Orleans on May 27th.  The subject covered a long research project (over twenty years) for astrological elections.  This involves using the outer planet midpoints both natally and by transit for important first steps.  The new symbolism is as follows:  Neptune/Pluto symbolism represents major expansion; the Uranus/Pluto midpoint represents administrative abilities; and the Uranus/Neptune represents endings.
